Undrinkable water, even with a large triple filter system we must buy bottled. Charges even not using any. Neighbors all say it makes them sick, smells in shower etc. Other water service in Nice, 4 mi

Water costs more here in Oroville than in Bakersfield, or any othe water agency around here. Can't pay bill in person sucks as well now too. If i had a choice to go somewhere else i would.
