CVS is my nightmare, the people that work there are nice and do a good job but there "CEO's" and policies are crap. I've been unfortunately using CVS for years and they've never gotten it right once.

I would give negative if I could... very rude. Nothing is ever ready and they are very unhelpful. Switched to the cvs across the street and it is 10000x better. It's a shame.
