The customer service was great but someone ordered the wrong window for my car. This is the second time safelite has done this. Outside of the customer service, this was a terrible experience.

Came to my work and replaced windshield in truck. Showed up on time, did a nice job, and left. No leaks and worked as designed while I owned the truck.
