Their phone system is horrible. I needed to call them urgently and the only option is to leave a voicemail. Their mailbox is always full and I cannot even leave a message. Please change it.

We technically rescued our dog through here from lambs farm. She is the loml and I wouldn't change it for the world. She did have problems w aggression initially and while we were able to adjust, I th
