Kerry Donavan is great. However, the phone secretaries are extremely rude and not helpful. They raise their voices, interrupt you, transfer you and are not very caring or concerned about your needs.

I have been using Clarkstown Pediatrics since my son was born 12 years ago. I love Dr. Donovan and have not one single complaint about her whatsoever. HOWEVER, I have had a handful of semi rude intera
