Frigid cold in there. It seems like they were getting ready to close this location. Food was not as good as I remember

The steak was tough and tasted old. My dog could barely chew it. The baked potato was horrible tasting. The Caesar salad was made with head lettuce and tasted lovely ke preservatives. So disappointed.
