I love Pine Belt Ford! This is the only place I have our vehicles serviced!! They have a pick-up service too. I never have to leave work and never have to worry about my vehicles! Great Service!!

Poor customer service. The service department is incompetent and creates issues when "repairing" vehicles. There is a rude woman in the finance manager position with a hat labeled bit** in her office.
