Epic Health system is maddening to deal with. Doctors and staff are fine, but communicating with the office is a struggle. I have gone to another doctor affiliated with another system.

Staff and doc and team are awesome. Really put in the time and go the extra mile. Clean and updated facility.

Dena and staff at royal oak are wonderful however i cannot get my meds or proper appointments due to misunderstandings this is very frustrating to me and i know im not alone
