what a difference from a year ago when i gave a 5 star rating. been here 3 times since then and my rating went down each time. tonight, a special occasion, was the lowest of 1 star if that. very poor

Went there with 3 other friends on Wednesday February 15, 2023 at noon. I believe our waitress was around 40ish, I think and had black hair. I say this so the other waitresses are not affected by this
