Came by Mad Yolks in downtown Santa Cruz and had a really good experience. It was pretty busy and fast-paced, but the food came out quickly. We ordered a mix of sandwiches and sides: the Spam sandwich

Oh my God, my most favorite breakfast sandwich on the planet. I wish I lived closer to this place and I would be eating this twice a day seven times a week.

Mad Chik sandwich and a Jasmine Iced Tea with Passion Fruit; delicious food, quick service = no complaints. If you are in downtown Santa Cruz and need a bite - Mad Yolks is a great option. 4.5 stars.
