Service is awful, the worst I have ever encountered, I am never returning, the customer rep was not attentive and looked unapproachable!

I went to buy a pair of work boots and I received the worst treatment of my life, it was hostile and I will not be returning ever.

Arrived at 6:19 and said they were closed when it says 7 pm online the lady saw us and immediately said we're closed
