Just Opened my account and the staff I have dealt with have bent over backwards so to speak to help me solve my problems. Excellent customer service.

I love the bank but they closed my branch in Copperas Cove and now I have to drive to Killeen. To do my banking and deal with a bunch of people I do not know.
