No chips and salsa,no drink refill, the food was average, left no tip the worse Mexican restaurant ever been to.

Came across El Primo when I was searching for Mexican food in the area that served empanadas. If you didn't know about this restaurant ahead of time you may easily pass it by, but it's worth locating!
