Been going there for 10+ years. I've had decent experiences with the stylists but there's a lot of turnover. But the reception area is entirely unprofessional, discourteous and completely uninterested

They gave me the color I wanted that I've had trouble getting other stylists to get. I also got a great cut, but the person that did my cut is no longer there unfortunately. I wish the vibe was slight
