I reserved this vehicle (full size SUV) in July. Get to the airport on Saturday and they tell me they don't have any vehicles clean and I would have to wait for a vehicle to be cleaned but they don't

1 person working the counter with 10 people in line. I'm not blaming the employee but he left the counter went to the bathroom and came back 10 minutes later. Terrible service
