Facility was dirty with bandage tabs and other trash on the floor of patient rooms. Staff was disorganized. Will never go to this location again.

Checked in at kiosk and waited over 30 minutes in lobby with no receptionist and customers in sight. Receptionist finally showed after 45 minutes. She told me I would be seen soon. 10 minutes later so
