Two orders both made wrong... How hard is it NOT to put the salad dressing on the sandwiches and place it in cups as requested?!

On two orders I requested the MAYO to be placed in cups and both times it was put on the sandwiches. The first time this happened the associate apologized but instead of offering to remake the sandwic

Closed thirty minutes early and were rude when we were trying to see why they were closed early.
