Had a not so nice experience with the two people working on the night of the Christmas Tree Lighting. Could not get any service or acknowledgment from the staff. It wasn't only us this happened to. Ho

I was there for the tree lighting with my friend and her daughter who wanted Marshmallows. The two people who working were of absolutely no service or any greeting for waiting so long at the counter.
