Put in an order online and paid for it. Store says it's ready, so I go all the way down there, in traffic, and they say, "nah, we don't even have it in stock, come back some other time". NOPE.

ZERO STARS I bought a pair of shoes a week ago. Wore them once for 10 minutes and I was in so much pain and had to take them off. They would not return them because they were too worn. I'm like WHAT!!

My mom tried returning a pair of shoes and they wouldn't take them back saying the return was denied for no reason at all. They weren't worn and all of the price tags and labels were all still intact.
