After 4 times have never seen the actual doctor. They never call back with test results. When I call for test results, I am told to leave a message and no one calls back. Waiting room is always packed

I find it crazy to pay 30.00 copay to see a PA. I never get to see the dr. I should only be paying 15.00 for PA. It's difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Scafuri
