Big Fan, as local as it gets, central vietnamese cuisine I would say. Nice quick service, its your standard vietnamese mom n pop interior, if youre familiar with that. They can host large party events

I came in at 10pm, had some Bo Luc Lac (Shaken Beef) and Goi Cuon (Spring Rolls). Both were good, spring rolls tasted fresh. Nice late night spot!
