Very helpful but short staffed. I was a little distracted by excessive religious jewelry but they got the job handled. They were efficient and friendly

Zero stars if I really could. Had a car loan with bank of the west. Bought out by BMO. The loan was for my husbands car and despite me adding him as an authorized user multiple times per phone request
