No elevator, rough area of town, mold in the bathroom, air freshener hanging on the ac unit, bathroom door hard to open, exhaust vent “screams” when you turn it on. Door lock broken and barely attache

Was there 6/15/24 was told I had to put an extra 50 deposit which would be credited back toy card in 7 working days. They check my room upon check out and said everything was perfect. It is now 7/8/24
