My family and I waited 45 minutes for the Avis shuttle after our cruise. The driver showed up, told us the car was full, and said he'd "be right back." He never returned. No communication, no update -

Terrible customer service. Booked an suv due to the size of my family's luggage. This location (along with every other Ft Lauderdale location somehow) did not have any large vehicles available to rent

Had a reservation post-cruise. The staff was nice enough. Just signed my papers and went on my way. When I got to Stuart FL, the low fuel light came on. That's right...I was provided with a car that w
