Staff not nice. Customer service is everything to me.. Heard staff talk about me poorly over the walkie-talkies. They need to be more supportive than encouraging as people are going through the levels

Had an amazing time. Great staff! Will be back for the extreme course. The long zip line was definitely worth it.
