Came in for lunch at 11:10 in the morning and have waited over 25 minutes for a very basic order of a burger, fries and drink. No excuse for that slow of service at a time and it's not remotely busy.

I ordered a triple Dave's burger with no onions or tomatoes. Both were put on my burger. Then I ordered Chilli cheese fries and got the baconator fries instead. My whole meal was messed up. And it too
