Had an appointment today at 12:30. Arrived at 12:20. Still here at 1:45 with still a big crowd here. This is NOT the first time, either.

11/21/25 The waiting room was over crowded and the self check-in process was too long. The treatment rooms were cluttered and dirty. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting and there was no toilet paper!
