Such a welcoming place, accepting of people at all levels wanting to do yoga. Great workout, stretch, and playlists. Highly recommend!

Just not real yoga, and I do not appreciate the preachy church vibe I've felt in every class. If your looking for a traditional yoga experience, I would not go here.
