Family member had an event there. No air condition on 2nd floor. Not sure if it was the owner but my interaction with the person selling drinks was not pleasant at all I found her to be very rude.

This historical building is the Hartford Elks BPO Lodge 19 and has been told it's haunted. The building is very well kept up. Has a wonderful parking garage on site that is free for members. You get y
