sales associate was so rude. Like you literally work at the mall. I was going to buy extra charms when I went to pick up my bracelet but I didn't because her ugly attitude.

The selection is alright but the service is terrible. The sales associate wouldn't even look my way and never made eye contact while speaking to me. I ended up leaving and ordering online instead.
