I typically enjoy my panera experience but will not be returning to this specific location. My boyfriend ordered a fountain drink (which is 3$) and wanted Mountain Dew which was out in the fountain. H

The service here is great In the morning. You go at night and it's dirty and a mess. Food is ok for fast food.

Worst customer service ever. We were waiting to be served and I finally had to go to the person working in the kitchen to see what was going on. Ended up leaving.
