This fast-casual spinoff of Dim Sum King is like the 2.0 version of the original. Light and bright, it's a little like a cafe, especially considering you order from the counter and take a number back to your table. But the dim sum is legit. The har gow and shu mai are among the best we’ve tried in the city: big, picture-perfect, and full of flavor. Fried dim sum like ham sui gok and shrimp balls are slightly less impressive than the steamed items, but they’re still on point flavor-wise. Don’t bother with the aggressively promoted noodle soups—they don't live up to the dim sum.
