Ordered a pizza, called for a status report after an hour with no update. I was told it was going in the oven, called after another hour and got put on indefinite hold while they looked for a manager.

We ordered a medium hand tossed pizza, with black olives and mushrooms- What a treat! Hot, cheesy and delicious. Thank you Marcos Rossford- great job!

Took 10 min for someone to show up at the window to pick up my pizza and when we showed up it wasn't ready so we had to park and wait for our food even longer.
