Did not clean at all. Young man dried it off and didn't bother telling me it was in no way clean. Waste of $17! I drive a 2024 Chevy Traverse.

I just canceled my membership. Went through the wash and passenger side sprayers didn't wash soap off. Then once outside, team member took a whole 20 seconds to dry off my crew cab truck. Leaving soap

I wish I would've made the switch from Crew Carwash sooner than later. Prime is 1000 times better than Crew Carwash and they keep my business looking clean af EVERY TIME!
