I came into this Discount Tire location today Friday September 26th and was honestly shocked by how one employee treated another in front of customers. While I was waiting, I overheard one worker say

Received a call from Wes the store Mgr who rescheduled and honored an follow up appointment. Overall, a very busy store that is trying to balance appointments with Walk ins.

Their one job is tires, so you think they should be able to do that correctly. However, if you did think this, you would be wrong. They stripped the lugs and now instead of a minor winter tire change
