I had horrible customer service at this store yesterday and as a result I have canceled my Extracare Plus, will not visit this store ever again, and likely will quit CVS altogether for an alternative.

I cut my hand and went to CVS to buy hydrocolloid bandage that I was told would heal my hand quickly using medicare otc card to pay for it. Instead of healing my hand, it made it much worse. The banda

The lady on the phone was SUPER rude. Answered with an attitude. Seemed in a rush and didn't want to take the time to help. I get it - it's the holidays but get some customer service. Rude ....... I'd
