Popped in today on a whim. Looking to purchase some parts for a bathroom renovation, which include tub, toilet, and accessories. Since I did not have an appointment, I wasn't sure what to expect, but

I purchased a Kohler bathtub which was defective. The bottom of the tub was not completely glued to the frame. The distributor GPS in Hawthorne NJ would not replace it because of their 48-hour policy.
