Have been there three times, sometimes the food is good, others is lousy, not consistent in quality at all.

For dimsum, it is average. Prefer going quincy/boston has better ones. Best thing here is thier fried calamari, shrimp and coconut shrimp.

I'm glad Lowell has a place like this. This spot reminds me of Chau Chow city in Dorchester, Peach Farm/New Golden gate in Chinatown. Recently renovated, it definitely feels more welcoming to dine in.
