Woodhaven Health and Rehab Center is a 120 bed skilled nursing and rehab community. The center is nestled in the woods close to Forbes Regional Hospital and five miles from PA turnpike Exit 6 in Monroeville, PA. The 24-hour skilled nursing care service provides: cardiac care, congestive heart failure care, IV therapy, pain management, post-surgical care, pulmonary care, stroke/neurological care and wound care management.
