I was there with my family and found a roach in the bathroom of our room. The front desk was no help. The manager is argumentative on the phone, issued no help whatsoever.

This is a Conference Center and very busy. When we were there they were booked solid with no vacancies. the pool is very small for a large Suites like this one. The room was a queen handicapped suite
