Got the new pizza last week. It was undoubtedly the worst pizza I've ever had. Took 3 or 4 bites and threw the rest away.

Food was great. However when picking up my order I noticed one of the women was making the pizzas were not wearing gloves, in addition to have acrylic nails... gloves should be worn when preparing foo

The pizza dough undercooked. I never had an experience like this before at Papa Johns.
