Close at 11, came in at 10 and was told they were completely out of chicken. So I guess for the next hour every customer that came in was told they were completely out of chicken.... Took them 5 minut

I went in after the app said it was ready. I saw my order ready sitting behind their counter, four feet away from the cashier, but they wouldn't give it to me for ten minutes because they had a line.

This chipotle messed up twice tonight. First they gave away my order and I had to wait longer so they could remake it. Then they give me regular steak, instead of the carne asada and chicken I ordered
