I checked in around 10 PM and was immediately struck by how warmly the staff greeted me — it genuinely felt like a welcome, not just a check-in procedure. After a long day, that made a real difference
I stayed for 4 nights and was very satisfied. Check in and checkout were both smooth. Room was nice, well equipped, clean. I appreciated access to the lounge on 26th floor, it had good views, was busy
