Not upfront about the cost of repairs. Recalibration cost is inflated and I believe is used to pad the prices. I got recalibration instructions from my car's manufacturer and it only takes around 15 m

The people working were polite and respectful, but Safelite is not up front about the cost of the windshield being replaced. Online I was quoted $300 and then the actual price tag came out to be $730

I later found out that they left the windshield washer tube disconnected as well. Ugh!
