At 10:51 AM today, I placed an online order for lunch; however, as I needed to make a correction to the order, I immediately called the Yoshinoya Rowland Heights branch. I tried calling several times,

Arrived at drive thru at 12:49 am, cashier stated that they are not taking anymore orders tonight. Store hours state open til 1am.

The size of their bowls have really gone small but the prices has gone up. For $8.99 + tax, I can get a better deal somewhere else. So sad.
