I've visited La Vara in the past and always enjoyed it, so I was looking forward to returning on NYE. The service remains warm and attentive, and the overall ambience is still one of the highlights--c
Everything tastes good! The spicy cantaloupe sorbet is very interesting. I would die for their black pearl rice. Their service is extremely slow. Be prepared to be there for a long time.
