this place don't do specials and the prices are higher than other IHOPs it's ridiculous. I will never come here again.

Food was ok. Except for the pancakes. The chocolate ones were Too dry, almost crisp on the outside with a sheen. So I replaced the order with buttermilk pancakes thinking that maybe the chocolate batt
