I just moved in, but so far so good. Aaron was very informative and helpful with the whole application process. It's currently under construction, but they seem to be improving the complex and units.

Company just changed the name of this place to avoid all the one star reviews. Place is a complete roach motel filled with the worst kind of people. Avoid at all costs.
