2 hr wait list!!!! My connection is 2 hrs only!! This lounge access experience with my Amex Platinum has only been getting worse and doesn't seem worth it anymore.

Overcrowded, bad food and almost no service. Embarrassment to Amex. You're better off at any terminal restaurant. Do better!

Joanna could not have been more rude! Would not allow me to even use the restroom! So nice to spend a ton extra to have this lovely experience! Crappy food any way!
