Cold food chips had no flavour drink had no flavour

Went evening of 7th Feb. Staff unwelcoming, food almost cold and the downstairs seatng area filthy. My feet were sticking to the floor. Worst KFC ever

I have just received my KFC apart from the delivery which was on time the food was the worst I've ever eaten from a KFC. I had a 10 peice Variety bucket. Every single mouthful was cold and so dry eve.
